Also, I try to look around more, sometimes, really have to stop to assess what is there I see. A lot of times, I do not do anything but just capture the glory of nature, sometimes in my group hikes, some would tell me they did not see what I captured, and I tell them because you were moving fast enough and only looking in one direction that is to reach the destiny of hike. Anyway, in short, just slow down to appreciate what is around you. thanks a lot everyone…
